Approved Valuer Member

VM
  • Age: Not less than 28 years
  • Academic: Post Graduate in Valuation or Graduate Engineer or CA, CS, CMA, MBA in Finance
  • Registration: Registered Valuer under IBBI, Wealth Tax Act u/s 34AB, or High Court empaneled valuer.
  • OR Equivalent qualification as considered by the IESMA Governing Body.
5 years for Graduates 3 years for Post Graduates
Enrollment (One Time)
  • RVO ESMA Member ₹ 3,000/-
  • Other Candidates ₹ 5,000/-
Renewal (Per Year)
₹ 2,500/-

Associate Valuer Member

AVM
  • Academic: Graduate Engineer, PG in Valuation, CA, CS, CMA, MBA in Finance, or Primary Member of any RVO.
  • Training: Attended 50 Hrs. Class from any RVO or 6 months course in valuation from IESMA or equivalent.
  • OR Equivalent as considered appropriate by the Governing Body.
5 years for Graduates 3 years for Post Graduates
Enrollment (One Time)
  • RVO ESMA Member ₹ 3,000/-
  • Other Candidates ₹ 5,000/-
Renewal (Per Year)
₹ 2,000/-

Licentiate Valuer Member

LVM
  • Academic: Diploma Engineers or Graduate in any stream, subject to Governing Body decision.
  • Training: Attended 6 months course in valuation from IESMA or equivalent.
 1 Year Experience required.

Renewal (Per Year)
₹ 1,500/-

Student Member

STUDENT
  • Academic: Diploma Engineers or Graduate in any stream, subject to Governing Body decision.
  • OR Equivalent as considered appropriate by the Governing Body.
